Yes, here are the details!
We are based out of Ormond Beach, Florida. There is no additional charge for weddings within a 2-hour driving distance from us.
If your wedding is a bit farther - around 3 to 5 hours away - we’d simply ask for a 2-night hotel stay so we can arrive rested and ready.
For weddings that require flying, we keep things simple: there’s no additional charge for us holding the entire weekend for your event. We just ask that you cover the basics - roundtrip airfare, a rental car, and 2 to 3 nights at a nearby hotel.
Why 3 Nights? Sometimes we need to fly in a day early, especially if travel times are long or delays are possible. This gives us a cushion to make sure we’re there on time and fully prepared.
As for the hotel, some couples prefer to include a room for us in their guest block - which is totally fine! If you'd rather not coordinate it, we're happy to find a hotel close to your venue, share the average rate with you, and include it in your final invoice.
We typically handle booking our own flights and car rentals to keep logistics streamlined, but Briley will always run travel costs by you for approval before moving forward.
We're all about including music that reflects your style, personality, and relationship!
3 months before your wedding, Briley will invite you to a shared playlist on Spotify, Apple Music, or Youtube Music (your preference!). You can add songs you love there! This playlist will become Briley's inspo when selecting the songs for your films!
Absolutely! We don’t outsource any part of the editing process. Briley personally edits every film and photo you see, with great care and attention to detail.
Yes, we're happy to provide raw footage at no extra cost upon request! Just note that you'll need to provide your own external hard drive (we’ll let you know the size needed based on your coverage).
The raw footage is unedited - that means no color correction, and it includes only the on-camera audio (not the final mixed soundtrack). You're welcome to keep it for personal use or memories, but we kindly ask that it not be used for personal edits or shared on social media, since it doesn't reflect the finished quality of our work.
We don’t offer raw photo files as part of our experience.
Super 8 is a vintage motion picture film format that brings a nostalgic, dreamy feel you just can't replicate digitally. It has this incredible texture and dynamic range that adds depth and emotion in a really timeless way.
We filmed our own elopement on Super 8, and it’s truly one of the most meaningful things we have. Super 8 helps you live in the moment, and it captures the kind of true, unscripted emotions that matter most.
During your wedding day or shoot, we capture Super 8 on real vintage cameras. We then send the rolls of film to Pro8mm in California, a trusted lab that specializes in motion picture film. They develop and scan the footage, then send it back to us digitally within about 2–3 weeks.
Videos are delivered via Vimeo gallery and photos are delivered via Pic-Time gallery. Each of these platforms allows digital downloading and sharing capabilities.
Yes we do. We are happy to send our COI to your venue coordinator when requested.
When drone use is allowed by the venue and local laws, we love capturing aerial shots of the landscape or area around your wedding. That said, we’ll never step away from the important moments to get drone footage - your day always comes first, and we’re committed to being fully present.
